In the name of Jesus Christ, I stand here at the end of 2022, and all I can say is “What a Year!” This has been the most amazing year of my life till date. My heart is filled with joy, gladness and gratitude to God for all the tests, trials, curved balls, breakthroughs and harvests that came my way.
I declare that the Lord my God caused my lines to fall into pleasant places according to Psalm 16 verse 6 and I received my goodly heritage because I love the Lord and I am called according to His purpose.
This year 2022 was for me the year when all things indeed worked together for my good, according to Romans 8:28. God took me through the path of correction and pruning in 2022 in order to produce even greater fruit in and through me. Everything that happened to me this year, worked together right into the plan of God to perfect, establish, strengthen and settle me.
According to 1 Peter 5, the year 2022 was indeed my due time. I was greatly exalted as I humbled myself under the mighty hand of God. Even though the adversary went about this year seeking whom he may devour, I resisted him steadfast in the faith and he fled from me.
No plague was able to come near me or my family this year. We enjoyed divine health, peace, joy, along with spiritual and financial prosperity. I cast all my cares upon the Lord in 2022 and I saw visibly all around me that the Lord truly cares for me.
This year, the God of all grace, who called me to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, put an end to all my sufferings and long standing issues and everything I laid my hands upon to do prospered. According to Romans 8:31, God was for me in 2022 therefore nothing and no one was able to successfully be against me.
As I dedicated myself to serving the Lord, loving Him and delighting in His word, things began to pop up in my life that caused my light to shine and everything I touched flourished in 2022.
I have no regrets whatsoever concerning 2022, and even though I have the desire to hold on to this year and have a repeat of all the wondrous things the Lord has done in and through me, I look forward to the new year 2023 with even more expectation, knowing that the nature of the God I serve is to outdo Himself, exceedingly, abundantly more than I can ask or think because the path of the just is as a shinning light that shines brighter and brighter unto the perfect day.
